At Leadership Launch, we are here to help students identify and ignite their own leadership spark.  We seek to empower, educate, and equip students to share their leadership spark with their communities.

We primarily work with first-generation college-bound students, as well as students facing significant financial or personal hardship, to achieve their full leadership potential through character training, educational achievement and community launch projects.
