Leadership Launch Executive Director Rachel Kittle has emerged from a group of more than 60 nominees as one of four finalists for the Second Annual Snohomish County Emerging Leader Award. The Emerging Leader Award seeks to “honor the next generation of leadership in our community” by selecting an individual who “exemplifies outstanding professional values; demonstrates the ability to go above and beyond the expectations of a leader; and serves as an inspiration to the community.”
“I am incredibly excited and grateful,” Kittle remarked. “What a great opportunity for Leadership Launch.”
Kittle and the other three Emerging Leader Award finalists will be featured on the cover of next month’s Everett Herald Business Journal. The finalists were selected based on the following criteria:

The winner of the Emerging Leader Award—presented by the Herald Business Journal, Moss Adams, Economic Alliance Snohomish County, Puget PR, and Leadership Snohomish County—will be announced at the Snohomish County Emerging Leaders Awards Night on Thursday, April 6 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Schack Art Center in Everett.
