At Leadership Launch, it is our firm belief that everyone — regardless of age or background — contains a spark of leadership. That spark is an integral part of us; it may grow dim, but it never dies.

Based on this belief, we have established this Leadership Spark blog as a way to inspire, empower, and assist you in your leadership journey through resources, events, thoughts, quotes, leadership profiles, events, and other thoughtfully selected leadership items.

Wherever you are on your own leadership journey—whether your leadership is an ember that needs fanning, or your leadership is ablaze and you just want someone to glow unapologetically with you—Leadership Launch wants to join you and offer you encouragement and opportunities along the way.

In turn, please help us ignite leadership in others. What are your ideas for Leadership Spark?  Do you know a great leader in your community who should be featured here? What inspires you to be a great leader? What are some of your favorite leaders saying and doing to encourage leadership? Are there any books or studies about leadership that we should know about? Do you know of any upcoming events in Snohomish or King County area that could help people let their leader out, no matter what age?  Please pass along any suggestions for posts on this blog at LYLO@leadershiplaunch.org

We will continually add content to this blog, so make sure to like us on Facebook to receive notification regarding new updates.
